ASC CTA Design Project
The Alys Stephens Performing Arts Center in Birmingham issued a call to artists some years ago to create a design for shirts and possibly other promotional materials. The design I created for the project references the diverse array of artistry featured at the center.
The interplay of the colors and designs within the letters and dramatic black background were created with the intent of conveying the objective to the public. Due to budgetary changes, no design was ultimately chosen among the entrants, however, the opportunity to challenge myself creatively on projects is something I really enjoy.

Muffled in the full morning light, the invisible sun was only known by the spread intensity of his place; where his bayonet rays moved on in stacks. Emblazonings.
Long maintaining an enchanted silence, Ahab stood apart; and every time the tetering ship loweringly pitched down her bowsprit, he turned to eye the bright sun’s rays produced ahead; and when she profoundly settled by the stern, he turned behind.
